We need:
• 600 g of potatoes
• 300 g flour
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons of oil
• 30 g of salt
• 50 g of sheep's cheese

Peeled and cooked potatoes you put on the board and let it cool down. Add flour, eggs, oil and salt, mix dough and split it into several parts. Each part is thrown into thin, long skirts (the thickness of the pointer), then cut the pieces, 2-3 cm long.
You cook in a salt water until they float to the surface, drain and rinse with cold water so that they do not stick.
