BREAKFAST CAKE MAKES ONE 8-INCH SQUARE CAKE

 

I like a morning cake that contains fresh berries or fruits, especially in the summer - a cake coming from an oven that is filled with fruit, so you must eat it directly from the dish. It's that cake. These cakes are often made up of individual ramekins before Sunday at restaurants. You can do the same after preparing a dough, a blueberry and chopped in a cake bowl; Cover it in the refrigerator at night and cook in the morning. But when we cook it, it was better to eat this cake with cream.

OAT STREUSEL

Glass of pure sugar from sugar

4 tablespoons (½ bar) cold butter, soaked

¼ cup unbleached multipurpose flour ½ teaspoons of ground cinnamon

⅛ teaspoons of salt

½ cup old-fashioned oatmeal

CAKE

¾ cups, granulated sugar

8 tablespoons (1 bar) of unsweetened butter, soften

Grains finely grated with 1 lemon

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons of buttermilk

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup of unbleached multipurpose flour

2 teaspoons of baking powder

½ teaspoons kosher salts 2 pints of candied sugar with fresh blueberries to shake them

1 cup of cream, storm from versatile peaks for servicing

 Prepare ovs with red sugar, butter, flour, cinnamon and salt in the food processor. Pulse until the mixture recovers crude meals. Transfer the chopped mixture into a medium bowl and gently fold the oat flakes. Leave it in the refrigerator. (You can transfer the litter to an airtight container or a plastic bag that can be replaced and frozen for up to 1 month.)
