BLOODY MARY MIX
2 cups of good pieces of tomato, such as San Marzano, with juice
½ cup hot sauce ¼ cup grilled
2½ tablespoons prepare horseradish 1½ tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
10 cloves of garlic, beaten
3 shallots, cut to pieces
2½ tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice 2 1/2 tablespoons of distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon of green salt
½ teaspoons of kosher salt
Celery salt (¼ teaspoon per serving)
Lemon or lime, cut into a glass
Vodka, like Titos (1½ ounces per serving)
Other unwanted dishes: pearl onion, pear cherry, olive oil filled with blue cheese, bacon bite, green in a mixer for mixing tomatoes, hot sauce, grill, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, shallots, lemon juice, vinegar, green salt and kosher salt. Mix at high speed until the mixture is starving. Transfer the mixture into an airtight container and in a refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Include a glass of pint with ¼ teaspoons of green salt in your work. Add salt to a flat plate, create a slice of lemon or lime around the edge and gently dip the edge of the glass into the salt while turning the glass in one direction until the edge is completely covered with a thin layer of salt. Add 1 ½ ounce of vodka to the glass and fill three quarters of the glass with a mixture of Bloody Mary, then fill with ice. Mix together, add a stick to the green and decorate with the desired companion.
